Refund, Returns & Order Policy
Final Sale & No Returns
All floral arrangements sold by Blake Roses are final sale.
Due to the perishable, made-to-order nature of flowers, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up. Floral products cannot be restocked or resold.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders are processed immediately after being placed.
- Cancellation requests made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time may be approved for store credit only
- Cancellations requested within 72 hours of delivery or pickup are not eligible for refund or credit
- Orders placed for major floral holidays (including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day) are final sale and cannot be cancelled once processing begins

We will do our best to accommodate requests, but changes close to delivery time are not guaranteed.
Delivery & Fulfillment
An order is considered fulfilled once it has been delivered or made available for pickup.
Delivery may be completed by hand-off or safe drop when appropriate. Proof of delivery may include timestamps or photos.
Once an order is marked as delivered, it is not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
Quality Issues & Claims (24 Hours)
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your name
- order number
- description of the issue
- clear photos of the product
Because flowers are perishable, claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
If a verified issue is confirmed, resolution may include, at our discretion:
- replacement
- store credit
- partial refund
Substitutions & Natural Variations
Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability.
We may substitute blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and color palette.
Natural variations in size, color tone, and bloom stage are expected and are not considered defects.
Agreement
By placing an order with Blake Roses, you acknowledge and agree that:
- all floral products are final sale
- returns are not accepted
- any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
