Local Delivery Area
Blake Roses offers local delivery within selected ZIP codes in Florida.
Delivery availability and fees are determined based on the delivery ZIP code entered at checkout. We do not offer nationwide shipping.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination ZIP code and will be shown at checkout.
Fees vary depending on delivery location and may range based on distance, traffic conditions, and service area.
For addresses outside our standard delivery zones, an out-of-area delivery fee of $40.00 may apply.
Delivery fees are service-based charges and are non-refundable once delivery has been attempted or completed.
Delivery Timeframes
All delivery dates and time windows are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- traffic
- weather
- high order volume
- peak holiday demand
Same-day delivery is available only for orders placed before the daily cutoff time.
Same-Day Delivery Cutoff
For same-day delivery, all orders must be placed before 4:00 PM.
Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
Recipient Availability & Safe Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may:
- leave the arrangement in a safe location (porch, front desk, reception, etc.)
- contact the recipient using the provided phone number
- complete delivery using driver discretion
Safe delivery decisions are made to ensure timely completion of the order.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- incorrect or incomplete address
- restricted access (gated communities, offices, hospitals)
- recipient unavailability
the order will still be considered fulfilled after a delivery attempt.
Redelivery may be available at an additional fee.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation may include:
- delivery status updates
- time-stamped photos
- internal delivery records
Orders marked as Delivered are considered complete and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
Pickup Orders
Pickup orders must be collected at the scheduled time.
Orders not picked up on time may be considered fulfilled, as arrangements are prepared specifically for that order.
Peak Dates & High Volume Periods
During major floral holidays (including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day):
- delivery times are not guaranteed
- route optimization and safe delivery may be used
- changes and cancellations may not be available
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that:
- delivery fees are non-refundable
- delivery times are estimates only
- accurate delivery information is required
- orders may be left safely if recipient is unavailable
